Staff Training

  In order to enhance the level of professional skills and improve the efficiency of the staff, Yulin Chuandi organized a series of training for the staff in June, the following is the training content.

      I. Forklift operation safety training for forklift drivers of each section on April 07

 二，On April 11, the Integrated Management Department organized an induction training for new employees.

三，On April 13, the whole staff of medium frequency of forging and heat section and the maintenance staff of equipment department conducted safety training on the operation of new medium frequency equipment No.8 machine.

四，On April 18, the whole staff of the Equipment Department conducted safety training on electricity.

五，On April 22, the supervisors and assistant supervisors of each process in the production department conducted electricity safety training.

六，On April 25, the supervisors and assistant of each process ，carried out training on the precautions for the collection and disposal of production hazardous waste.

七，Fire safety activities for all security personnel on April 27。

  Through this series of training, managers and employees were provided with targeted job skills confirmation, which effectively improved work efficiency and rapidly grew the knowledge and skills of employees.
